Sigma Phi Epsilon is the largest college fraternity with over 14,000 undergraduates at 263 chapters. More than 255,000 men have joined SigEp since its founding on November 1, 1901, in Richmond, Virginia.
The Florida Zeta chapter at the University of Tampa is ranked Outstanding Fraternity among the 5 other fraternities. As a Balanced Man Program chapter - NO pledging, NO hazing - our member development program helps brothers leave the Fraternity as better leaders, scholars, atheletes and gentlemen. We are consistently recognized as leaders on campus, the community, and in the National Fraternity. Many of our members are involved with student organiztions and often times take leadership positions as well.
With work, comes play. Great sorority relations also provides us with a full social calendar. We excel at intramurals and several of our members are on club and varsity sports, including baseball and basketball. Also, many of us enjoy going to the basketball games. We strive to raise Spartan Spirit!
SigEp is about a Balanced life. Work, properly balanced with fun, can help one achieve a great collegiate experience.
